Cerebral Palsy Sport Ireland

The FLORA Women’s Mini Marathon will be taking place the 1st of June 2009. 
 
If you are,  or you know of anybody that is considering taking part in the Flora Mini Marathon  we would greatly appreciate if you would consider Cerebral Palsy Sport Ireland** as your chosen charity.
 
We will be able to provide you with a T-Shirt and sponsorship cards.
 
 It is important to note that even if you have a sponsorship form from us, you must also have completed an entry form to take part in the Flora Women’s Mini Marathon. Click on www.womensminimarathon.ie for an application form.
 
 
**Cerebral Palsy Sport Ireland was founded in 1978 to offer sporting and recreational opportunities to individuals with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities.  Since those early days the association has grown and today Irish Athletes with cerebral palsy compete in five sporting disciplines in local, national and international levels of competition.  The 5 disciplines,  include Boccia ( a game which is very similar to Bowls), Athletics, which covers a wide variety of both track and field events, Soccer , Swimming and Cycling.
