1. To read and confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General meeting held on Saturday 16th May 2009.
2. To receive and approve the Statement of Accounts
3. To consider the reports of the General Committee.
4. To elect a Chairman, Secretary and 4 members.
5. To Amend the Constitution
