Starting on Saturday 24th September 2011, 20 Irish men and women will spend 6 days cycling from Paris to Nice. We aim to raise over €250,000 for people with intellectual and physical disabilities.
- Fri 23rd Sept – Arrival in Paris
- Sat 24th Sept – Paris to Sens (135km)
- Sun 25th Sept – Sens to Avallon (125km)
- Mon 26th Sept – Avallon to Beaune (105km)
- Tue 27th Sept – Orange to Aix-en-Provence (105km)
- Wed 28th Sept – Aix-en-Provence to Draguignan (110km)
- Thur 29th Sept – Draguignan to Nice (95km)
Terry Ferris and his team of riders from Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club are riding to raise funds for three charities: Special Olympics Europe/Eurasia, Special Olympics Clubs in Ireland and Cerebral Palsy Sports Ireland. The proceeds will be split evenly between the 3 charities.
