Cerebral Palsy Sport Ireland

The Annual General Meeting of Cerebral Palsy Sport Ireland will take place on Saturday the 30^th June 2012 at 2.00pm in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry for the transaction of the following business:

1. To read and confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General meeting held on the 16^th of April 2011.

2. To receive and approve the Statement of Accounts

3. To consider the reports of the General Committee.

4. To elect a Secretary, 2 Athlete Representatives and 2 Committee members.

Lisa Callaghan – Athletes Representative

Member – Position Vacant

Athletes Representative – Position Vacant

New nominations are very welcome.

Nominations of members to the General Committee must be given in Writing and posted to;

The Office of Cerebral Palsy Sport Ireland, Block 13, Joyce Way, Parkwest Business Park, Dublin 12

Or may be given to any Committee member on or before Friday the 22^nd June 2012

It is important to note, that anyone that wishes to vote at the AGM, must have their membership dues up to date.  Club Memberships are unable to cast a vote.  All voting members must have individual membership.
